Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in accordance with company policies.
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Follow all company procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
