Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify customer needs, promote products, maintain relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential travel and occasional irregular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and a team player.
