Description
- Provide support to sales teams, assist customers, address technical queries, and contribute to sales strategies.
- Provide technical assistance to the sales team and clients.
- Assist in product demonstrations and presentations.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to product specifications and usage.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product offerings.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, technical sales expertise, problem-solving abilities, and in-depth product knowledge.
