 Recruitment Background

At Givery, we are involved in numerous system implementation and construction projects utilizing Salesforce to support the operational efficiency and DX advancement of our client companies.

In recent years, with a rapid increase in the demand for Salesforce implementation, and as our partnership with Salesforce has strengthened,

the number of projects has been rising, prompting us to recruit new Salesforce development engineers.

We are particularly focusing on the construction and implementation of Agentforce, an AI agent, allowing for exposure to cutting-edge technology.


Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for Salesforce and Agentforce implementation engineering and consulting, proposing optimal solutions to a diverse range of companies.

You will join projects alongside our employees, utilizing teamwork while also engaging in management responsibilities.


・Custom development and application design using the Salesforce platform

・In particular, constructing business flows using Agentforce and Einstein

・Building workflows using Salesforce standard features (approval processes, flows, etc.)

・Function development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

・Operation and maintenance of Salesforce, as well as troubleshooting

・Proposing system improvements utilizing the latest technologies and new Salesforce features

・Integration with other systems (API development, data integration)

Requirements

Required Qualifications

・More than 3 years of experience in Salesforce development (Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.)

・Knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications

・Possession of multiple Salesforce certifications

・Experience in requirement definition/negotiation with clients
