Description

  • Maintain filing systems and record-keeping
  • Manage and organize office tasks and schedules.
  • Assist with communication between departments and clients.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meetings and take minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and staff.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained.


Salary is negotiable based on experience.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in business strategy and planning, effective presentation, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, proactive, pleasing personality and a team player.
