Job Description
- Manage and organize company correspondence and documents.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for executives.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Assist in project coordination and communication.
- Handle telephone inquiries and customer relations.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in presentation, excellent communication (both verbal and written), and strong time management.
