Description
- Organize, file, and maintain contracts and agreements
- Assist clients with signing, payment, and fee processing
- Verify and record payment information to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with sales and finance departments to track contract progress
- Handle other daily office tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher; proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing strong communication skills
- Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or financial support roles is preferred
- Able to work 6 days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Strong team spirit and good execution skills
