Description
- Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards across assigned locations.
- Coordinate deployment schedules, relievers, and manpower movement.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company and client security protocols.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding operational concerns.
- Investigate incidents and submit timely reports.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and briefing of security personnel.
- Prepare and submit operational and incident reports regularly.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any course.
- With valid security officer license.
- Physically & mentally fit.
- Knowledgeable in security risk & assessment, security survey, security investigation.
- With atleast 1 year experienced in security related field.
- Knows how to drive 4 wheels and motorcycle.
