  1. Key Account Development and Management:Responsible for identifying, developing, and negotiating with target key accounts; establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships. Establish a tiered key account management system, develop differentiated service strategies, and enhance customer lifecycle value.
  2. Channel Expansion and Ecosystem Development:Develop and manage core channel partners; build a multi-tier channel network to expand market coverage and business scale. Design channel incentive policies and enablement frameworks to boost partner engagement and operational efficiency.
  3. Business Strategy and Target Achievement:Set annual and quarterly targets for key account and channel development; break down performance metrics and drive their achievement. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure rapid response to customer needs, enhancing satisfaction and word-of-mouth. Establish a customer and channel data analytics framework to support data-driven decision-making and continuously optimize sales strategies and the conversion funnel.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Resource Integration:Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end process from customer acquisition and retention to growth. Gather and relay customer and channel requirements to drive product iteration and service optimization.



Requirements

  1. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in key account sales or channel development. Background in Web3, CEX, or B2C Internet business is preferred.
  2. Professional Competencies:Experience in key account relationship management, commercial negotiations, and channel operations; familiar with customer lifecycle management. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of independently developing and implementing account development plans. Data-driven mindset, able to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates and customer value through data analysis.
  3. Soft Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong resource integration and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Result-oriented, resilient under pressure, with strong self-motivation and team spirit.
