Description
- The Service Crew is responsible for presenting menus to patrons. He/She takes orders and answers questions on meal items.
- He/She makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers.
- He/She prepares the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes.
- He/She performs cashiering duties. He/She may also be required to prepare the food.
Requirements
- Greet customers and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Assist with food preparation and stocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
