- Commercial kitchen exhaust system servicing and maintenance
- Follow job Instructions and complete jobs on time as required
- Punctuality coming to work, self discipline and dependable
- Practice high standard of work safety on - site
- Operate cleaning tools, products and inventory
- Cleaning and degrease of exhaust range hood
- Cleaning and degrease exhaust ducting
- Cleaning and degrease exhaust motor
- Cleaning of fresh air ventilation and motor
- Capture pictures of job completion before and after
- Physically fit, comfortable with heights and dirty working environment
- Attention on details of work and always clean as you go at workplace
- Basic experience in Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, Service and Maintenance
- Basic electrical, equipment, motor, plumbing knowledge
- Basic of cleaning and usage chemical knowledge
- Able to write, speak and read English
- Required to work night shift
