Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output:
ServiceNow Developer/Administrators for HRSD will be expected to do the following:
- Analyze requested changes to HRSD (agent workspace, service catalogs, record producers, knowledge management, and document management) and evaluate them as simple configuration or complex customizations and must be able to identify the impact of complex customizations.
- Develop current/As-Is process models(s) and future/To-Be process model(s).
- Provide design walkthroughs to stakeholders.
- Automate processes using SNOW for digital workflow creation, following SNOW best practices.
- Develop, test, and deploy SNOW applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise security requirements.
- Perform user administration and access management, which includes maintenance of user and group visibility of specific contents within the portal, adding and removal of users and groups for HRSD (assignees, assigned groups, approvers, etc.)
- Support the establishment of governance methodologies for the HRSD application.
- Maintain Service Catalog, including updates to record producers and catalog items.
- Create and generate pertinent reports and dashboards for HRSD.
- Report on the status of technical deliverables to BPMSD stakeholders Coordinate activities across the BPMSD and ITD teams, monitoring delivery of technical deliverables.
- Identify and escalate as necessary technical risks and issues.
- Support the team in understanding the benefits of SNOW to BPMSD operations and processes.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related course.
Technical knowledge/skills:
- Proficiency in API Development (using RESTful or other standards)
- Understanding of ERP systems functionality or equivalent from a data and integration perspective
- Competency in MSOffice suite
- Years of experience in implementing SNOW solutions and enhancements
- Solid working experience in full SNOW development lifecycle (from requirements definition to workflow development, testing, and deployment)
- Enterprise level SNow engagements
- In-depth knowledge of SNOW HR Service Delivery products, specifically in service catalog maintenance, record producers, knowledge management and reporting.
- Experience of Employee Document Management system in ServiceNow.
- Experience in ServiceNow user administration and access management.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of best practices concerning business process management, design, and project methodologies.
- Solid experience in agile teams, following full development, testing, and deployment in sprints.
- Strong client orientation and management skills.
- Oral and written communication and presentation skills (in English) to convey technical and non-technical information to clients or stakeholders of varying technical expertise or backgrounds and levels of authority.
