We specialize in outdoor electric bicycle products and are urgently looking to hire an after-sales representative. The role is responsible for answering phone calls and handling after-sales issues. This is a full-time position only. Our products require a certain level of knowledge about electric bicycles, including basic troubleshooting and proposing solutions.

Since our customers are mainly from Canada, the working hours will be from 9 AM - 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday. In Philippine time, this corresponds to 1 AM - 9 AM, Tuesday to Saturday.

Salary: $400 - $600 USD per month.

1. Proficiency in English with excellent active listening skills.

2. An interest in electric bikes.

3. Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively engage and assist customers.

4. Ability to make follow-up calls to confirm whether customer concerns have been resolved.

5. Availability from 1 AM - 9 AM Philippine time.
