Urgently looking for Site/Technical Supervisor

• Skilled in maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, tools, and safety protocols
• Competent in reporting, documentation, and coordinating with engineers or property managers
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians for daily operations and maintenance.
• Monitor building facilities and utilities, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide immediate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and building codes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or related fields/Vocational/Technical graduate
• At least 3–5 years of experience in building/facility supervisory, preferably in residential, condominium, commercial, or mall operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire detection/suppression, and civil works.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati, Taguig or Pasay areas
