- We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our on-site construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are executed according to structural plans and specifications, and coordinating with various project stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring project quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure all works are done in accordance with approved structural plans and specifications
- Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and project plans accurately
- Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation based on plans
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports including manpower, equipment, and material usage
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and conflicts
- Maintain proper documentation and support permit and inspection requirements
- Attend coordination meetings and relay instructions effectively to the site team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
- Strong understanding of structural drawings and technical specifications
- Skilled in quantity estimation and material take-offs
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other construction-related software
- Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Willing to be assigned on-site and work extended hours if required
