1.Content Strategy & Planning

  •  Develop monthly content plans (copy, captions, hashtags).
  • Customize content for each platform (IG, TikTok).
  • Respond to comments and DMs (community engagement).
  • Track trends and execute viral content strategies
  • Content Plan for EDM Topics
  • Social Media Analytics (ER, VTR, CM)
  • Manage WA Community (Admin, Content Plan)
  • Having the ability to analyze platform data and understanding how to calculate engagement metrics, view-through rate, chat metrics, and cost per engagement (paid content).

 

2.Trend Monitoring & Viral Execution

  • Actively monitor digital and industry trends to propose relevant and timely viral content ideas.
  • Implement data-driven viral content strategies tailored to the behavior of each platform's users.

 

3.Community Management

  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to maintain active community engagement and customer care.
  • Escalate feedback or inquiries to the appropriate internal teams when needed.

 

4.EDM Content Planning

  • Coordinate social media content that aligns with the company’s Email Direct Marketing (EDM) themes.
  • Ensure synergy between social and email campaigns for unified brand communication.

 

5.Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor and report weekly/monthly analytics, including:
  1. Engagement Rate (ER)
  2. View Through Rate (VTR)
  3. Community Metrics (CM)
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize content performance across platforms.

 

6.WhatsApp Community Management

  • Serve as the admin of the WA community, responsible for content planning, scheduling discussions, sharing job tips, and managing engagement.
  • Drive traffic and conversion from WA groups to Bossjob’s app and social platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing social media, especially YouTube, X, and Facebook.
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of platform-specific language, culture, and algorithm behavior.
  • Experience in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, TweetDeck, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts including engagement metrics, CTR, VTR, etc.
  • Proficient in trend monitoring, content ideation, and timely execution of viral content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and community management mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and in a remote setup (WFA).
