Responsible for exchange core operations configuration: - Key tasks include user outreach, product listing and delisting, fee configuration, and announcement publication. - Ensure all operational processes comply with regulatory requirements, safeguarding platform compliance and stability. 2. Client service support: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless user experience. - Address and resolve user operational issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Process optimization and execution: - Continuously optimize and enhance exchange operational workflows to improve efficiency. - Participate in the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for exchange operations. 4. Compliance oversight: - Monitor and audit all exchange operations in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. - Track and implement changes in regulatory policies, promptly adjusting internal processes and strategies. 5. Cross-departmental collaboration: - Work closely with product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure smooth configuration and optimization. - Coordinate across departments to drive projects to on-time delivery. Position Requirements: 1. Education: - Bachelor’s degree or higher; graduates from overseas institutions or China’s “211 Project” universities preferred. 2. Language skills: - Proficient in English, capable of using it for business communication and report writing. 3. Regulated exchange experience: - 5–8 years of relevant operational experience, with licensed operations experience at a regulated exchange; familiar with financial regulatory frameworks and exchange processes. 4. Exchange business configuration: - Responsible for core exchange configuration tasks, including user outreach, product listing and delisting, fee setup, and announcement publication. 5. Project management: - Proven ability to independently manage projects, deliver on time, and achieve expected outcomes. 6. Teamwork and communication: - Strong team spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
