STI College Alabang is looking for a full-time Social Sciences Instructor who is passionate about shaping young minds and guiding students to think critically about society, culture, and human behavior. This role is ideal for educators who are committed to nurturing socially aware, reflective, and responsible individuals.

• Open to a full-time faculty role with teaching responsibilities and academic involvement.
• Graduate of Social Sciences, Psychology, History, Sociology, or any relevant course; postgraduate units are a plus.
• Must be able to report to STI College Alabang on a regular basis.
• Strong command of social science concepts, theories, and research methodologies.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, discussion-based classes that promote critical thinking.
• Skilled in lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and academic writing.
• Effective in guiding students on social awareness, historical thinking, and reflective learning.
• Capable of integrating current events, global issues, and interdisciplinary content into lessons.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to collaborative curriculum development and institutional research.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools is a plus.
