Description

Responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions

within the organization. Analyzes business processes, identify areas for improvement,

and recommend technology-based solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree

• With at least over one year exposure in Life Insurance

• At least one year experience in business process analysis and documentation

• At least one year experience in QA or software testing
