- Oversee daily store operations and manage staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with potential for long hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, team player, with strong written and verbal skills.
