- Supervise and lead the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Oversee and support store crew in cashiering, food preparation, merchandising, and customer assistance.
- Monitor store performance, sales, and inventory; prepare reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and store standards.
- Handle customer concerns and provide quick, effective resolutions.
- Train, motivate, and coach store crew to achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate with management on store requirements, manpower, and operational concerns.
