Job Description
- Act as the store head of the store in daily operations and team leadership.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or issues.
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain store standards.
- Assist in merchandising and promotional activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze sales data.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, detail-oriented, team player, and adaptable to changing situations.
