Description
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling shifts.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Analyze sales data to drive performance improvement.
- Ensure outstanding customer service standards are met.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required in business management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in retail or store operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, marketing acumen, and inventory management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee store operations, manage inventory, and assist in sales training and team development.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be a team player, adaptable, and possess strong public speaking and presentation skills.
