Summary of role

Our work is divided into the following categories:

  • Valuation - provision of valuation or valuation review opinions in connection with transactions, business strategy, financial reporting, and/or taxation. Transactions involve acquisitions, divestitures, or financing of a business enterprise, division, product line, or portfolio of tangible/intangible assets.
  • Modeling - development or review of custom-built financial models for our clients, to meet their specific needs - in support of investment decisions, finance raising, business planning, and development feasibility.
  • Economics - combining deep sector knowledge with strong technical skills in economics, econometrics, and quantitative analysis to assist our public and private sector clients in addressing strategic issues such as government policy, pricing, regulation, and competition.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare valuation reports, financial models, and economic analyses
  • Analyze and evaluate data, and document your findings
  • Provide tailored valuation advice on both tangible and intangible assets
  • Research and determine value across customers' wide range of needs
  • Identify risks, issues and opportunities, suggest simple and effective strategies to drive improvement
  • Build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting and promoting a collaborative culture.


Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Finance
  • CPA license & relevant work experience would be advantageous.
  • Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant work experience may be considered for Senior Associate level

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by the confidence to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Willing and able to learn and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
