Work Setup: Hybrid, based in Angeles City, Pampanga

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) and Saturday (4 hours)

Job Purpose: The BIM Modeler is responsible for supporting various tasks related to Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and construct 3D models and prepare detailed drawings using REVIT software.
• Update 3D models with the latest information to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to address design changes and resolve model-related challenges.
• Create BIM models to facilitate communication, enhance visualization, and support informed decision-making based on design modifications.
• Produce and review structural rebar shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design criteria and specifications.
• Generate structural layouts and detailed shop drawings for civil and structural engineering works in alignment with design requirements.
• Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts within the model.
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and project-specific BIM workflow criteria.
• Follow established BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all drawings.
• Ensure quality control in modeling processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of BIM requirements, especially Singapore standards, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is essential.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup.
• Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
• A portfolio demonstrating structural drawings created using REVIT software is REQUIRED.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Angeles City, Pampanga. A one-time relocation allowance will be provided for candidates willing to relocate.
