Job Description
- Supervise daily retail operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Conduct sales analysis and prepare operational reports to track sales performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in retail management or supervision
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills
