Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a System Engineer I to join our team and support our Public and Multi-Cloud offerings—primarily focused on Microsoft Azure.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence twice a week, and offers the opportunity to work alongside global teams, senior engineers, and cutting-edge technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Level 2 support for Managed Public Cloud services.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure.
• Implement technical change requests and maintain operational documentation.
• Use ClickOps, scripting, and IaC to configure environments.
• Stay current with cloud updates and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Azure infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, scripting, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Linux, and other public/private cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in a Managed Services Provider environment.
