- Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, and payments).
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and ledger accounts monthly.
- Monitor and record company expenses, sales, and other financial activities.
- Assist with payroll processing and government compliance filings.
- Draft financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Aid in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proper documentation and filing of accounting documents.
- Collaborate with external auditors or tax consultants as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – preferred.
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping or similar financial role experience.
- Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and office tools.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Capable of working autonomously with utmost confidentiality.
