We’re looking for Systems Engineer that can work with Project managers to help determine how systems should get deployed on infrastructure. They will work with the PM’s to raise the required requests with the different operations teams to get systems stood up and assist the PM’s to get over any technical issues relating to delivering the projects. Helping to troubleshoot issues pulling in the appropriate technical teams as required.

We need them to have a broad technical knowledge and an ability to come up with solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience /level – needs to be strong, not junior, Communication – liaising with non-technical stakeholders needs to be strong
• Network wise –need to understand concepts of micro segmentation, DMZ’s, load balancers, firewalls etc.
• Scripting and automation, Ansible, Terraform
• Containerization, Kubernetes experience for example ? Openshift experience would be a plus
• Problem solving ability – proactive, anticipation rather than pure reactive, continuous improvement ability to understand how things get done.
• Experience with capturing HLD and engaging with LLD with application teams
• Operating systems Windows and Linux – reasonable knowledge of VMware, storage, database ?
• Cyber/Firewalls – FortiGate.
• Authentication – SAML/Oauth
• Monitoring systems
  
  

Must be willing to work Monday - Friday 1pm - 10m Manila Time

Must be comfortable working Homebased
