Description


1. Deeply understand the company's strategy and business development needs, and independently complete the recruitment for targeted positions (including technical, product, operations, design, and functional roles).
2. Collaborate closely with business departments to clarify recruitment needs, and formulate and execute effective recruitment plans.
3. Actively source, screen, and follow up with candidates through multiple channels (headhunters, social media, communities, internal referrals, job boards, etc.).
4. Manage the entire interview process (resume screening, interview scheduling, interview evaluation, offer negotiations, and onboarding follow-up).
5. Establish and maintain candidate relationships, accumulate and solidify the talent pool, and complete the talent map for key positions.
6. Regularly produce recruitment analysis reports to review recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and conversion rates, and continuously optimize the processes.

Requirements


1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 2 years of recruitment-related experience, including at least 1 year of recruitment experience in the blockchain industry.
2. Familiar with the recruitment process and multi-channel sourcing methods, with the ability to independently complete the recruitment of mid to senior-level positions.
3. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with a solid understanding of business needs, capable of effectively liaising with business leaders and advancing recruitment progress.
4. Data-driven, able to identify problems through recruitment data analysis and propose optimization solutions.
5. Strong interest in the blockchain/Web3 industry, with a high degree of self-motivation and learning ability.
6. Result-oriented, with strong stress resistance, capable of efficiently advancing recruitment tasks in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
