What we're looking for

1. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a tax and compliance supervisory role, preferably within the Accounting industry
2. Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations, as well as experience in tax planning and compliance
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues
4. Proficient in the use of tax software and other relevant technology
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
6. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field, with a professional certification (e.g. CPA) highly advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle timely and accurate tax filings and reports.
• Ensure compliance with government laws, permits, and licenses.
• Review contracts and legal documents for compliance.
• Advise management on tax and legal issues.
• Lead and support the compliance team in daily tasks.
