Description
- Responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents.
- Collaborate with teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Organize and manage documentation systems for easy access.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
- Assist in training staff on documentation processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in documentation or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare, review, and maintain documentation; assist in project coordination.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
