1. Responsible for the construction of the blockchain trading system, focusing on the setup and maintenance of the contract trading system.

2. In line with the company's business development needs, responsible for formulating relevant technical solutions for blockchain business, promoting and assisting partners in project delivery.

3. Improve and optimize the development and testing processes, norms, and standards of the technical team.

4. Integrate foreign exchange/commodity contract for differences, and contract for differences trading systems for US/Hong Kong stocks.

5. Responsible for the establishment, motivation, and training of the product technical team, ensuring proper personnel allocation and coordination, monitoring project progress, formulating corresponding assessments/incentives, and continuously enhancing the quality and efficiency of the team's work.
