Description

  • · Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • · Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • · Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner
  • · Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • · Set up accounts for new users
  • · Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • · Testing new technology
  • · Perform other duties assigned by IT Head/Manager

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
