Description
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Hardware and Software Support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- User Account Management: Creating and managing user accounts and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access control.
- System Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Help Desk Support: Providing technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Training: Educating users on how to effectively use software and hardware
Requirements
- Must be a college graduate in Information Technology or a related course
- With experience
- Willing to be assigned to Veterans Center, Taguig City
