Job Description

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or chat in Japanese.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams to implement solutions for recurring issues and improvements.
  • Document and track all support requests using the help desk software.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in IT support or service desk environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Japanese and English, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to support requests effectively.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to work in a team.
  • Working Conditions: May require working in shifts to provide 24/7 support availability.
