Description

  • The Customer Management and Lead Conversion Specialist focuses on retaining existing customers who are no longer assigned to a Life Planner as well as driving new sales through effective communication, relationship-building and strategic sales techniques. The role strives to offer product solutions on financial needs of prospective and existing customers, both assigned and unassigned, to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and critical metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • At least 2 years' experience in Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivated
  • Computer savvy
