Description

To support lead generation and client acquisition by conducting outbound B2B calls in French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Luxembourg), promoting IT consulting and ERP services, and setting qualified appointments with decision-makers. 


  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg to promote ERP and IT consulting solutions. 
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with relevant decision-makers. 
  • Collaborate with the client to refine sales scripts and define target customer profiles. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointment outcomes using CRM tools. 
  • Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to introduce the value proposition of ERP solutions. 
  • Provide feedback on market responses and support continuous improvement of outreach strategies. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning on targeting and script development. 
  • Meet or exceed agreed weekly activity targets (minimum 8 hours per week, flexible based on agreement). 

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage. 
  • Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or outbound sales, ideally in ERP or SaaS environments. 
  • Solid understanding of IT consulting and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics). 
  • Prior experience working with French-speaking markets, particularly France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently communicate with C-level executives. 
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong documentation skills. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. 
  • Can work 8 hours a week (can be amended) 
  • Can work on UK- Central European Time (CET-CEST)
