Core Responsibilities

1. 【Key】Refined Test Design and Execution: Thoroughly understand product requirements and design documents, meticulously outline test points, and design comprehensive and logically sound test cases. Execute functional testing, regression testing, compatibility testing, interface testing, etc., with precision, covering various boundary conditions and exceptional scenarios. Maintain a "zero tolerance" attitude towards defects, providing clear descriptions of bugs and detailed reproduction steps (intermittent issues do not require this).

2. In-depth Defect Analysis and Summary Extraction: Go beyond surface phenomena to analyze the root causes of defects, identifying potential patterns or risk points. Regularly and systematically review product forms, testing processes, defect data, and quality status to distill valuable product insights and best testing practices. Write clear, structured test reports and summary documents to effectively transform testing experiences into team knowledge assets.

3. Testing Process Optimization and Quality Promotion: Based on testing practices and analytical summaries, proactively propose improvements to testing processes, methods, or tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Actively share testing summaries and experiences, effectively communicate with development and product teams, and collaboratively drive continuous improvement in product quality and development processes.

4. Maintenance of Testing Assets: Carefully maintain and update the test case library, test data, testing documents, etc., ensuring their accuracy, timeliness, and reusability. Be adept at organizing and summarizing testing-related knowledge to build a team knowledge base.
