Description

  • Overall Test Management across all testing phases - SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, Operational Readiness, and Migration-to ensure quality in system implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.(non-nego)
  • With atleast 5 years of minimum experience in managing team of QA testers (Managerial Experience) (non-nego)
  • Proven Expertise in managing testing for projects of varying complexity (non-nego)
  • Strong skills in test planning, estimation, and resource allocation (non-nego)
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities (non-nego)
  • Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies (non-nego)
  • Proficient in all test levels in types, and techniques (non-nego)
  • Familiary with Test Automation tools (e.g., HP QTP, IBM FT, Selenium) (non-nego)
