Job Description
- Perform TIG welding on various metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior welders.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Welding Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on TIG welding experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in TIG welding techniques, ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Indoor shop environment, adherence to safety protocols, and possible exposure to fumes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, excellent problem-solving skills, and dedication to craftsmanship.
