Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; NCII Certification is required
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in TIG welding.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reading blueprints, strong attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Performing TIG welding on various materials, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with exposure to noise and fumes.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork ability, and problem-solving skills.
