Job Description:

1. Responsible for establishing the foundational infrastructure of the Bagsmart brand’s TikTok live studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; drive cold start, continuously optimize, iterate, and enhance performance to create breakout products and achieve sales targets.

2. Based on the company’s operational strategies, develop TikTok live-stream strategies, analyze account data and competitors, formulate and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly live-stream operation plans, and continuously optimize the live-stream approach based on sales results.

3. Plan and execute comprehensive live-stream campaigns on the TikTok platform; develop specific execution plans aligned with marketing objectives and bring them to fruition. Understand live-stream traffic rhythms, manage product planning and inventory, conduct host training, integrate host scripts, and handle on-site control and other live operations tasks.

4. Oversee the operation and management of the local live-stream team in Ho Chi Minh City, build and refine business processes, improve team efficiency, and be accountable for performance targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce platform live-stream operations

- At least 6 months of team management experience; experience managing a local live-stream team in Vietnam

- Experience providing live-stream services for fast-moving consumer goods brands is preferred

Industry Background:

- Familiar with TikTok’s content distribution mechanisms and operational rules; knowledgeable about basic TikTok Shop operations

- Experience in live-stream services in the FMCG industry is a plus

Language Requirements:

- English as a working language, with fluent spoken English

- Chinese proficiency is a plus (Vietnamese Chinese or Chinese candidates may choose either English or Chinese)

Essential Skills:

1. Strong data analysis capabilities

2. Proficient in TikTok platform operational logic (distribution mechanisms, operational rules) and basic Shop operations
