Job Description
- 企業の戦略と目標に基づき、マーケティング体制の構築・改善を図るとともに、ブランドおよびサービスプロモーション、リソース調整等を含むがこれに限定されない年間マーケティング目標および計画の策定を行います。
- ソーシャルメディア、コンテンツマーケティング、広報、インフルエンサー、イベントなど、全チャネルにおけるオンラインおよびオフラインの統合コミュニケーションを調整します。定期的にプレスリリースその他の広報資料を作成し、迅速に広報イベントに対応します。
- 競合他社の調査、市場動向のモニタリングを行い、定期的に市場調査レポートを作成します。
- 各部門間のリソースを調整し、マーケティング部門とプロダクト、営業、デザインチームとの緊密な連携を確保し、マーケティング目標とビジネス目標の整合性を図ります。
