Responsibilities

1. Establish and refine the rules, processes, and review systems for the listing of tokens on the exchange;

2. Responsible for screening, researching, and evaluating the value and development potential of potential projects;

3. Design and promote growth initiatives (such as Trading Competitions and Marketing Campaigns) based on project characteristics;

4. Develop and implement flexible listing strategies in line with market trends and strategic objectives;

5. Maintain good relationships with project teams to foster long-term cooperation.

Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, familiar with CEX operation models;

2. Proven experience with successful token listing projects, familiar with evaluation dimensions and key indicators of token projects (such as team, technology, community, compliance, etc.);

3. Proficient in English as a working language;

4. Keen awareness of cryptocurrency market trends, with strategic thinking and resource integration capabilities;

5. Preference for candidates with industry resources, such as connections with project teams, funds, and investors.
