Description

The Voice Coach is a key member of the Training team responsible for enhancing the vocal performance, clarity, tone, and communication skills of agents. The goal is to ensure all customer interactions are professional, empathetic, and aligned with the company's brand standards. This role involves both one-on-one coaching and group training to improve overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ Years of experience as a Language and or Communications Trainer or FST Trainer in a BPO setting
  • SVAR Score C2 (NON NEGO)
  • Schedule: Night shift
  • Work setup: Onsite
  • Site: Commonwealth Q.C., SM Fairview or Laguna
