Job Summary:

Main responsibilities will be organizing training materials and overseeing training programs, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programs don’t exceed the provided budget. You will also monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs, and provide senior management with trainees’ program reports.

  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation

  • Design & Implement Training Programs

  • Produce training materials for in-house courses

  • Monitor and assess the Return on Service (RSA) of any training or development programme

  • Facilitate Training Sessions and Evaluate Its Effectiveness

  • Prepare and present training and development reports

  • Monitor, compose and release Notice of Explanation (NTEs) and Notice of Decision (NOD)8Promote engagement by implementing initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, productivity, and retention

  • Monitor, review and update of Employee Academy and Performance Management System

  • Other duties that may be assigned by the superior.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree related to training and development or organizational development.

  • Three years of training experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven effective management skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Panay Ave. Quezon City
