- Helps clients plan and book travel arrangements, offering personalized advice and services
- Meeting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific needs
- Investigating and researching various travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options and activities
- Offering expert advice on travel regulations, visa and passport requirements and travel insurance options
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of travel planning and sales techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using reservation software or booking systems
