Role Overview

The company is looking for a Travel Designer to craft and manage luxury travel itineraries. This role requires attention to detail, strong client management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate Luxury Itineraries: Design bespoke travel experiences tailored to client preferences, including exclusive accommodations, private tours, and VIP access.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring seamless service from planning to execution.
  • Partner Coordination: Liaise with luxury hotels, airlines, private tour operators, and experience providers to secure VIP offerings.
  • Travel Logistics & Documentation: Manage bookings, travel documents, and special requests, ensuring a smooth journey.
  • Real-Time Support: Provide 24/7 assistance to address last-minute changes and resolve issues.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and exclusive experiences.
  • Technology & Organization: Utilize travel management software to track bookings, payments, and client preferences.

Requirements

Must-have requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury travel planning or concierge services.
  • Strong industry connections with high-end travel vendors.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
  • Experience handling high-net-worth clients with discretion.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.


Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Background in luxury hospitality or concierge services.
  • Experience with travel booking platforms (Axus, TravelJoy, Sabre, Amadeus).
  • Multi-lingual skills (French, Spanish, or Italian preferred).
  • First-hand travel experience in key luxury destinations.
