JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• a minimum of 1 year experience working for a travel agency.
• Managing all aspects of trip planning, including reservations for hotels, tickets, and package excursions.
• Able to attend an in-person interview
• The ability to begin working right away is a significant benefit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create presentations and tour packages for operations and corporate incentive trips.
• Arrange and oversee meetings, conferences, and events for clients.
• Regularly visit customers' offices, make sales calls, understand corporate business procedures, and be able to provide support for improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of corporate marketing and sales.
• Assist clients with bookings for lodging, travel, and other services.
• Provide clients with useful travel and vacation resources and pertinent information.
• When offering tour escorting, assist and serve customers with a sense of obligation to guarantee their utmost enjoyment.
• Ascertain the client's requirements for travel and events, and maintain a cordial relationship with the person in charge.
• Provide sales data as soon as you can.
• Report directly to the section manager or manager.
